Studio P was established as the residential counterpart to White Jacket, the internationally recognized award winning hospitality design firm founded by Patricia Ho Douven. With White Jacket, Patricia has shaped award-winning hotels and F&B spaces worldwide. Today, her role at Studio P is that of a creative guide and consultant, ensuring that the same design sensibility and high standards are carried into the realm of private living.
Day-to-day, the studio is driven by a dedicated team of residential specialists. They bring innovation, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to every project—translating the studio’s vision into reality. This model allows clients to benefit from Patricia’s reputation and perspective, while enjoying the focus and care of a team deeply experienced in residential design.

FOUNDER'S NOTE
Over the years with White Jacket, I’ve had the privilege of designing hotels and lifestyle destinations around the world. While my passion for hospitality design continues, I often meet clients who wish to bring that same sense of refinement, comfort, and storytelling into their private homes.
Studio P was created to answer that call. While I take on the role of creative consultant and guide here—the day-to-day design work is led by our talented residential team. This allows each project to benefit from my experience and perspective, while being executed with precision and care by specialists dedicated to private living spaces.
My belief is simple: homes should be both beautiful and lived in—elevated yet personal. Through Studio P, we aim to create residences that embody timeless design while reflecting the individuality of the people who call them home.

Sustainable Design
Having a forward-thinking approach on the sustainability of our designs is the responsibility of every designer.
We often source reclaimed materials from trusted suppliers and even upcycle old furniture and accessories in private residential projects, which in turn saves on the cost of buying new furniture, as well as adding that much needed sentimental touch to the home.
We create designs to last, in a world where design takes a backseat to efficiency.
